Product Information

The Stair Climbing Cart 2125B is a tool designed to help you
carry heavy loads up and down stairs. It has a maximum load
capacity of 150kg when climbing stairs and 250kg on flat ground.
The overall dimensions of the cart are 152.8cm x 45.8cm x
52.3cm.

Product Usage Instructions

Assembly:

Place the reinforcement (E) inside the frame (A) below the hole
and insert the tray (D).
Place the wheel frame (B) on the outside of the frame as shown
in the figure, align it with the hole, and finally fix it with the
outer hexagon bolt (L+N).
Insert the axle (F) into the wheel frame, insert the cotter pin
(K) inside the wheel frame and bend it, and put the gasket (J)
outside.
Install the wheel set (C), insert the cotter pin (K) and bend
it.
Put in handle 2 (H), handle 1 (G), and trim strip (I) in turn,
align them with the holes, and fix them with crosshead bolts
(M+N).

Usage:

Do not put the cart near flammable materials.
Do not carry people on the cart under any condition.
Pay attention to safety when going up and down stairs.
Overload is strictly prohibited.
Do not move too fast when passing potholes areas.

Troubleshooting:

Maintenance:

2.Place the wheel frame(B) on the outside of the frame as shown in the figure, align it with the hole, and finally fix it with the outer hexagon bolt (L+N).
3.Insert the axle (F) into the wheel frame, insert the cotter pin (K) inside the wheel frame and bend it, and put the gasket (J) outside.
4.Install the wheel set (C), insert the cotter pin (K) and bend it.
