S300 Treadmill Safety Key
Product Information
The S300 Treadmill Safety Key is an essential component for
operating JLL treadmills. It acts as an emergency stop feature and
must be inserted in order to activate the machine. This safety key
is designed to ensure user safety and prevent any accidents that
may occur during treadmill use. The key is proprietary to JLL
Fitness Ltd and unauthorized reproduction or use of the key is
strictly prohibited.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the power supply to the treadmill is turned
off. - Locate the plastic tray under the treadmill console.
- Using a screwdriver from your tool pack, remove the two screws
securing the plastic tray. - Carefully lift off the tray to access the internal
components. - Unclip the wires connected to the safety key and inspect the
pins for any damage or misalignment. - If needed, adjust the position of the magnet on the underside
of the tray by loosening the small screw. - Once all checks and adjustments are complete, securely clip the
wires back together, ensuring a click sound is heard, and reattach
the tray.

INSTRUCTIONS
All JLL treadmills need to have a safety key inserted in order to operate the machine. If a key is not inserted the console will flash and no functions will work. The safety key acts as an emergency stop feature if you happen to fall from the machine. If you have inserted your safety key and the machine is still not functioning, a way to check your connection is:
TOOLS
To perform this check you will need the screwdriver from your tool pack.

STEP 1
Start by turning off the power supply to the treadmill.
STEP 2
Remove the two screws from under the plastic tray.

STEP 3
Carefully lift off the tray.
STEP 4
Unclip the wires, check your pins are straight and there is no damage to the wires.

You can also check the alignment of the magnet on the underside of the tray.
STEP 6
If necessary, loosen the small screw and adjust the position. Once you have checked everything, you can clip your wires back together making sure to hear a click and re-attach your tray.
