- Insert threaded glide into leg as shown.
- Slide extension pieces outward so they are flush with the inside of the wood rail and leg is centered in bed.
- Lock support leg into position by handtightening the L bolt.
- Position center supports 15″, 40″ and 65″ from the headboard as shown.
- Screw center supports to center support bearer rail (wood lip on inside of wood rails) as shown.
- Adjust glides to float just off the floor, approximately 1/16″.
