Product Information
The Greenstar Printable Vinyl is a full line of Printable Heat
Transfer Vinyl from Siser. The product kit includes free samples
for users to try. The kit contains different types of vinyl, such
as Permanent Adhesive, Air with Air Egress, Clear UV Laminate
Vinyl, Matte White Removeable Adhesive Vinyl, and Matte White
Removable Adhesive Perforated Vinyl. Each type of vinyl has a
specific thickness, finish, and compatibility with different
printers and ink types. The product is compatible with Latex,
Solvent, and Eco-Solvent printers.
Product Usage Instructions
- Choose the appropriate type of vinyl for your project. Refer to
the product guide for details on each type of vinyl’s thickness,
finish, and compatibility with different printers and ink
types. - Ensure that the printer and ink type you are using are
compatible with the selected vinyl type. - Load the vinyl into the printer according to the printer’s user
manual instructions. - Print the desired image or design onto the vinyl.
- If required, apply a laminate layer using GreenStar UV3 Clear
UV Laminate Vinyl to protect the printed graphics. - Cut the printed vinyl using a cutting machine or plotter.
- Remove the excess vinyl from the design using a weeding
tool. - Apply transfer tape to the design and transfer it to the
desired surface according to transfer tape instructions. - Smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles using a squeegee or similar
tool. - If using Matte White Removeable Adhesive Vinyl, apply it to
flat, smooth surfaces only and use it for temporary store front
