WALL OUTLET INSTRUCTIONS

1. Unplug the “fan cord” from wall.
2. Plug in “fan cord” into receptacle on bottom of Fan-Speed-Controller.
3. Plug connected Fan-Speed-Controller into wall socket or into extension cord for easy access.
