Product Information:

The PR1000RTXL2UC is a Smart App Sinewave rack/tower convertible
UPS with line-interactive topology, surge protection, and battery
backup. It is designed to protect corporate and network servers,
telecom installations, and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP)
systems. The UPS has a sine wave output to eliminate power gaps
that can be detected by sensitive equipment and cause unexpected
shutdowns. It accepts the BP48VP2U01 Extended Battery Module (EBM)
for expanded runtime during power outages and the RMCARD205 network
management card for remote management and control. The UPS comes
with built-in cloud monitoring and offers a $400,000 connected
equipment guarantee and a three-year warranty.

Product Usage Instructions:

To use the PR1000RTXL2UC Smart App Sinewave UPS, follow these
steps:

1. Ensure that the UPS is placed in a well-ventilated area with
   enough space around it for proper airflow.
2. If using the UPS in rack mode, securely mount it in a standard
   rack using appropriate hardware.
3. Connect the power cord of the UPS to a grounded AC power
   outlet.
4. Connect the equipment you want to protect to the battery and
   surge-protected outlets on the UPS.
5. If you have additional equipment or need extended runtime, you
   can connect the BP48VP2U01 Extended Battery Module (EBM) to the
   UPS.
6. If you want to remotely manage and control the UPS, install the
   RMCARD205 network management card and connect it to your
   network.
7. Use the LCD screen and LED indicators on the UPS to monitor its
   status and make any necessary adjustments.
8. In case of a power outage, the UPS will automatically switch to
   battery power to provide continuous power to your connected
   equipment.
9. If necessary, use the audible alarms and LCD screen to identify
   any issues such as low battery, overload, or overheating.
10. If you need to perform maintenance or replace the batteries,
    make sure to follow the instructions provided in the user
    manual.

The enhanced chassis design with an easy-to-access toolless front panel, captive screws for battery panel access, and color-coded rear panel make battery changes and installations simple and fast. The PR1000RTXL2UC also has an innovative LCD panel that rotates 90°, tilts for a better viewing angle, and provides information on 47 different settings including UPS stats, UPS setup and control management, and testing options.
This model accepts the BP48VP2U01 Extended Battery Module (EBM) for expanded runtime during power outages and the RMCARD205 network management card for remote management and control via a standard web browser or network management system. Includes built in cloud monitoring.
