Product Usage Instructions:

  1. Installation:
  • Refer to the Installation and Operation Manual EN provided by
    Grundfos for detailed installation instructions.
  • Ensure proper electrical connections by using the socket for
    power supply (A) and signal transmission (B).
  • Connect the power supply (A) and signal (B) terminals according
    to the wiring instructions:
    • N (blue) – Neutral wire
    • L (brown) – Live wire
    • PE (yellow-green) – Protective Earth
  • Operation:
    • To select the desired pump control mode, use the control mode
      settings:
      • INTERNAL – Proportional pressure (I, II, III)
      • INTERNAL – Constant pressure (I, II, III)
      • INTERNAL – Constant speed (I, II, III)
      • EXTERNAL – PWM C (solar) (I)
      • EXTERNAL – PWM A (heating) (I, II, III)
    • Refer to the performance curves and pump profiles descriptions
      in the manual to understand the control modes and their
      corresponding settings.
    • Use the display settings to monitor and adjust the pump
      operation:
      • The green LED flashing frequency indicates the control mode
        (INTERNAL or EXTERNAL).
      • The LED marking provides visual indication of the selected
        control mode.
    • Make setting selections by pressing the button repeatedly until
      the desired setting appears. If you pass the desired setting,
      continue pressing until it appears again.
  • Error Display:
    • If an error occurs, the display will indicate the specific
      error message:
      • Seized pump
      • Too low power supply voltage
      • Electric fault
      • Prohibited pump positions
      • Permissible pump positions
    • Refer to the manual for troubleshooting steps and further
      instructions.

    · Cerpadlo bzí do maximálního výtlaku podle nastavené kivky konstantních otácek v závislosti na aktuální hodnot PWM.
    · Otácky se zvýsí se zvýsením hodnoty PWM. Jestlize se PWM rovná 0, cerpadlo se zastaví.

    e) EXTERNÍ ÍZENÍ – PWM A (vytápní)
    · Cerpadlo bzí na kivkách konstantních otácek v závislosti na aktuální hodnot PWM.
    · Otácky se snizují, kdyz se hodnota PWM zvysuje. Jestlize se PWM rovná 0, cerpadlo bzí pi maximálních otáckách.

    POZOR: Diody mohou být otoceny o 90° ci o 180° nebo mohou být zrcadlov pevrácené. Zálezí na konkrétním typu cerpadla. Po zapnutí cerpadlo bzí na tovární nastavení nebo na poslední nastavení. Displej zobrazuje okamzitý výkon cerpadla.
    Pepínání nastavení
    Pro výbr pozadovaného nastavení opakovan tisknte tlacítko, az najdete nastavení, které potebujete (viz tabulka výse). Pokud ho minete, musíte pokracovat dokola, dokud se neobjeví znovu. Poadí rezim odpovídá tabulce.

    a) INTERNAL CONTROL – Proportional pressure
    · Head (pressure): reduced with growing system pressure drop and increased with sinking system pressure drop (typically e.g. opening / closing of thermostatic heads)
    · Pump operating point: moves up or down on the selected proportional pressure curve depending on the current system pressure drop.

    d) EXTERNAL CONTROL – PWM C (solar)
    · The pump runs on a curve of constant speed depending on the current PWM value.
    · The speed will increase with the increase of the PWM value. If PWM equals 0, the pump stops.

    e) EXTERNAL CONTROL – PWM A (heating)
    · The pump runs on a curve of constant speed depending on the current PWM value.
    · The speed slows down when the PWM value rises. If PWM equals 0, the pump runs at its max. speed.

    WARNING: LEDs may be turned by 90° or 180°, or mirrored, depending on the specific pump type. When switched on, the pump runs at factory settings or the last setting. The display shows the current pump performance.
    Setting selection
    To select your desired setting, press the button repeatedly until you find the setting you need (see the table above). If you pass the desired setting, you have to go one more round until it appears again. The order of modes corresponds to the table.

    a) Presiunea proporional
    · Înlimea (presiunea) scade odat cu reducerea debitului (creterea cderii de presiune a sistemului de ex. la inchiderea sau deschiderea robineilor termostatici).
    · Punctul de funcionare a pompei: se modific în funcie de cderea curent de presiune a sistemului.

    d) Control extern- PWM C (solar)
    · Pompa funcioneaz pe o curb de vitez constant în funcie de valoarea semnalului PWM.
    · Viteza va crete odat cu mrirea valorii PWM. Dac PWM este egal cu 0, pompa se oprete.

    e) Control extern- PWM A (înclzire)
    · Pompa funcioneaz pe o curb de vitez constant în funcie de valoarea curent PWM.
    · Viteza încetinete atunci când valoarea PWM crete. Dac PWM este egal cu 0, pompa funcioneaz la vitez maxim.

    AVERTISMENT: LED-urile pot fi rotite cu 90° sau 180° sau în oglind, în funcie de tipul specific de pomp.
    Când este alimentat, pompa funcioneaz la setrile din fabric sau la ultima setare. Afiajul arat valoarea curent de performana a pompei.

    Selecia setrilor
    Pentru a selecta setarea dorit, apsai butonul în mod repetat pân când gsii setarea de care avei nevoie (a se vedea
    tabelul de mai sus). Dac trecei de setarea dorit, trebuie s continuai pân când aceasta apare din nou. Ordinea modurilor se regasete în tabel
