Product Usage Instructions

Before using the air mover, please read and understand all
warnings and instructions provided in the owner’s manual.

  1. Ensure that there is power supply to the unit. Plug the air
mover into a power outlet and check the circuit breaker.
  2. Make sure the switch is in the ON position.
  3. If the unit still does not run, the switch may be faulty.
Replace the switch with a new one.
  4. If there is no power or the motor does not run, check for any
faulty or broken cords or motor wires. Perform a continuity check
using a volt/amp meter and repair or replace any damaged
    wires.

If the air mover is running but making a loud scraping
noise:

  1. The unit may have been severely jolted, causing the blower
wheel to rub against the housing. Remove the motor and replace
    damaged motor mounts.
  2. If the housing is deformed due to severe jolts, replace the
    blower wheel.

If the air mover vibrates excessively:

  1. A severe jolt may have bent the motor shaft, causing the unit
to be out of balance. Remove and replace the motor.
  2. If the air mover blade is damaged, replace it if
    necessary.
  3. If there is dirt build-up on one side of the air mover blade,
    clean the blade.

If the blower wheel does not turn:

  1. The motor bearings may be failing or the motor has developed an
internal electrical fault. Replace the motor.
  2. Check if the intake grill and/or exhaust grill is obstructed.
    Remove any obstructions.
  3. If there is excessive duct length, reduce it to the recommended
    maximum.

For assembly and replacement of parts, refer to page 3 of the
user manual for the part numbers and descriptions. Follow the
instructions provided to assemble or replace the necessary
components.

Puraero offers a 1-year warranty on parts and labor for this air
