PA-250-AF-BL Commercial Axial Air Mover with GFCI and Daisy Chain Capability

Product Information:

This product is an air mover designed to provide high air volume
for various applications. It operates at 115V with a 1/3HP motor
and a power cycle of 60Hz. The maximum air volume it can produce is
4000CFM. The unit weighs 33 lbs and has dimensions of 21.7×14.4×22
inches. It offers 2 speed options and comes with a 25ft/14AWG
cord.

Product Usage Instructions:

  1. Before using the air mover, read and understand all the
warnings and instructions provided in the owner’s manual.
  2. Ensure that the unit is connected to a power source that
    matches the specified voltage (115V).
  3. Check if the switch is in the ON position. If not, turn it
    on.
  4. If the unit does not run, check for any power issues such as a
tripped circuit breaker. Plug the unit in and perform a continuity
check using a volt/amp meter to identify any faulty or broken
wires. Repair or replace them accordingly.
  5. If the air mover makes a loud scraping noise, it may be due to
severe jolting causing the blower wheel to rub against the housing.
Remove the motor and replace any damaged motor mounts or blower
    wheel.
  6. If the unit vibrates excessively, it may be due to a severe
jolt that has bent the motor shaft or a damaged air mover blade.
Replace the motor or blade if necessary. Additionally, clean the
air mover blade to remove any dirt build-up.
  7. If the blower wheel does not turn, it could indicate failing
motor bearings, an internal electrical fault in the motor, or
obstructions in the intake or exhaust grills. Replace the motor if
necessary and remove any obstructions. Also, ensure that the duct
length is within the recommended maximum.
