The BP4A is a weatherproof background speaker with a built-in amplifier, which can be installed indoors or in a sheltered outdoor area, onto a wall or other surface, from its adjustable mounting bracket.
Follow the wiring guide below for power and signal connections to the 4 core cable (connections should be sealed or sheltered from the elements)
The internal amplifier can be operated from any 12Vdc power supply capable of delivering up to 2A current.
Connect the Line Level Audio (0dB = 0.775Vrms) input to the green wire and Ground to the white wire.
For the 12Vdc power supply, connect “+” to the red wire and “-” to the black wire.
