Before the work , related to the electrical must be undertaken by the professional personnel to ensure the power supply to be correct and also the phase connect is correct. The proper electricity will damage the motor and without warranty.
Check if the characteristics of your system meet the requirement of the machine. If you have to change the voltage ,please refer to the electrical scheme (refer to part 14 circuit diagram) to adjust the termination board.
The personnel to execute commission must have some knowledge of electricity. The operator must under the special trained and authorized.
The compressed air system is connected to the machine by a pipe joint (Q) on the oil-water regulator beside the box .
Connect the machine with the electrical system which is equipped with fuse. Perfect grounding should meet the local national standard. When necessary , equip with a 30mA electrical leakage protection to secure the safety running of the machine.
Note: The power plug of the Tyre Changer shall be prepared by the user. The rated current of the power plug shall not be lower than 16A, meanwhile meeting the relative regulation to the voltage of the machine.
5.4 Debugging machine
Press down the pedal (Z), the turntable (Y) should turn clockwise. Lift up the pedal. Turntable will rotate counter clockwise.
Note: If the turntable does not rotate as per the method described above, change the 2 wires on the 3-phase connected column.

6OPERATION
After read and understood the manual and its warning, you can use the machine. Before operation , completely deflate the air in the tire and all the weights on the tire. The operation of the tire is composed of : Bead braking /Demounting tire /Mounting tire Matters need attention Before operation , completely deflate the air in the tire and all the weights on the tire. More and more motorcycle rims are made from special materials such as aluminum magnesium alloys and carbon fiber. In order to lock into this kind of rim , you must use special repair tool of the motorcycle tire. To avoid damage, the maximum pressure of working plate is 5bar.
6.1 Bread Breaking
You should be very carefully when breaking bead. When bead breaking pedal drive the bead breaking arm ship quickly and powerful, the bead breaker arm will be damage to or crush all the things in its stroke area. Check if the tire is deflated. If not, completely deflate the air in the tire.. Completely close the turntable clamping jaws. When bead breaking, if the clamping jaw at the open position, it will be very dangerous to the hand of the operator.
Lean against the tire on the rubber pad (S) at the right side of the automatic Tyre Changer. Press the bead breaker closer to the edge of the rim 1cm (Pic. 8). It should be noted that the
bead breaker should be placed on the tire instead of the rim. Press down pedal (U) and start the pressure device. Lift up the pedal when the bead
breaker completes the operation or the rim is off. Gently rotate the tire and repeat in the rest of the tire until the flange is completely off the rim. Once again on the other side of tire.

Before the operation, completely deflate the air in the tire and detach all the weights on the tire.
Spread the grease on the bead.

Not use of grease will cause the damage to the bead.

During locking the rim, never position your hand under the tire. The correct position to fix is the tire is just at the center of turntable.
Clamp the rim outside between 10 and 20 inches Step down pedal (V) to middle and fix the clamping jaw (G) in accordance with turntable. Place the tire on and let the rim contact the down edge of clamping jaw. Step down pedal (V) to the bottom.
Clamp the rim inside between 13 and 24 inches Completely close the clamping jaw(G). Press down pedal (V)to clamp the rim after place the tire on the clamping jaw.

Make sure the rim is firmly fixed on the clamping jaw.

Don’t keep your hand on the wheel : If your hands stay between

rim and mount and demount head, it may get hurt when column

return to its

original position.

Position the hex shaft (I) at the work position , making the mount demount head firmly contact the upper edge of the rim. Use the hand wheel (F) to lean against the rocker arm. Then use the lock handle (K) to lock and the mount demount head will shift automatically and leave some clearance(approximately 2mm) Use the crowbar( T) to position the bead to the protrude of the mount demount head (I) (see Pic.10) NoteTo avoid damaging the tube, you should position the tire valve at the right side of the mount demount head (I), the distance should be 10cm. While the crowbar in its position, rotate the turntable (Y) clockwise by pressing down pedal (Z) until the upper bead is completely detached from the rim.
To avoid getting injury, keep your hands and body far away from the moving parts when run the machine.
Necklaces, bracelets, loosen clothes or the movable foreign objects near will damage the operator.

Note The most important is to check the tire and rim to avoid the exploration int eh process of inflation. Before mounting tire, you should make sure that: Don’t mount the tire if the outside is damaged. Check whether the rim is dented or deformed. In particular, there will be small cracks on the rims of alloy wheels, which cannot be seen by eyes, that will damage the durability of wheel and also be risks in inflation. Check the wheel rim and tire are matched. Don’t mount the tire if you are not sure.
Lubricate the tire beads with special grease in order to avoid damaging them and

In the process of clamping the rim, do not place your hand in between the rim and clamping jaw to avoid the damage to the person. Lean the tire against the rim. Press down the hexangular shaft, making the mount demount head firmly contacted with the rim. Left rear bead over the mount demount head tail and right front bead under the front of the mount demount head. Use your hands to press the bead into the groove of the rim. Step down the pedalZmaking the turntable rotate clockwise. Continue this operation until the tire is completely inserted into the rim.
In the process of clamping the rim, do not place your hand in between the rim and clamping jaw to avoid the damage to the person.
If there is tube, mount it inside the tire. Mount the core and upper bead as per the above step.
NoteWhen mount/demount the tire, the turntable should rotate clockwise. The counterclockwise is only used when the incorrect operation.

Check if the size of tire is corresponding with the size of rim. Check if the bead is fully lubricated. If necessary , continue lubrication. Inflation. Check the pressure of the pressure gauge. Continue inflation. Check the air pressure while inflating.
Pic.17 Danger of exploration! It should not exceed 3.5 bar(51psi) when inflating. If require relative high pressure, detach the tire from the turntable and place into the inflation cage. Never exceed the pressure the manufacturer suggests. Hand and part of body should be at the rear side of the tire being inflated. Only the professional personnel trained, the others should not operate the machine or at the zone near the Tyre Changer.
8Relocation
Forklift is required to move Semi-Automatic Tyre Changer.
Disconnect the electric power supply and compressed air system. Use the forklift to lift up the machine at one side. Fix it before move. Locate the Tyre Changer at a new place. Note: New place must be meet the requirement of safety regulations.
