Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connect the DC input to the appropriate power source within the
    voltage range specified (10.0VDC – 64.0VDC).
  2. Connect the AC input to the power source within the specified
    frequency range (50 / 60 Hz).
  3. Ensure the input protection is in place, including reverse
    polarity fuse, under voltage protection, and over voltage
    protection.
  4. Connect the desired load to the output terminals of the
    device.
  5. Ensure the output protection is in place, including short
    circuit protection, overload protection, over temperature
    protection, and over voltage protection.
  6. Use the LED indicators to monitor the status of the device.
    Green LED indicates normal operation, orange LED indicates a
    warning or fault, and red LED indicates an error or critical
    fault.
  7. If remote control is desired, connect the remote control device
    using the RS-232 communication port.
  8. Monitor the efficiency of the device, which is typically around
    90% – 91%.
  9. Ensure that the total harmonic distortion (THD) is below 3%
    under specified conditions.
  10. Refer to the safety and EMC standards to ensure compliance with
    regulations.
  11. Refer to the control and signal section for information on
    input voltage level, faulty status, and compatibility with specific
    remote control models (CR-6, CR-8, and CR-10).
  12. Ensure proper cooling of the device by maintaining adequate air
    circulation and monitoring the load and thermal control fan.
