Replacing The Visor

Loosen the lock nuts and remove them entirely. Detach the face seal from the grinding visor‘s knobs. Remove the used visor and replace it with a new one. Insert and tighten the lock nuts. Hook the face seal onto the visor‘s knobs thoroughly.

Conditions, Maintenance And Aging

Always consult a user manual of the compatible headpiece! Storage and operation conditions, cleaning and maintenance are governed by the headpiece‘s user manual. Plastics may be subject to ageing when exposed to intense ultraviolet radiation.

Warnings

A scratched or damaged visor must be replaced. In any case, the visor shall not be used for more than two years. Materials that may come into contact with the skin may cause an allergic reaction in sensitive individuals. If the visor is used over eyeglasses, the user may be at risk due to impact transmission.

This product is approved to be in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on PPE and as was tested meet requirements of the following standards:
EN 166:2001
EN 169:2002 – only 70 41 05, 70 41 06
EN 170:2002 – only 70 41 05, 70 41 06
