The Bosch HBN8651UC Stainless Steel 27 Double Wall Oven comes
with various features and benefits. It has a full-extension
telescopic rack that offers safe access to the oven cavity. The
touch control with SteelTouchTM buttons makes operating the oven
easier. The wall oven is designed to be installed flush with
cabinetry. Bosch wall ovens are compatible with most competitors’
cutouts. Convection Pro combines a third heating element with a
back fan for even browning and time savings by using multiple racks
at one time.
The oven has multiple cooking modes like Bake, Variable Broil
(hi & low), Roast, Warm, Sabbath, Proof Dough, Convection Bake,
Convection Broil, Convection Roast, Pizza, Convection MultiRack,
Convection Conversion, Temperature Probe, and Fast Preheat. It has
a telescopic rack and an incandescent light. The upper oven has 1
Telescopic and 2 Standard Oven Racks, and a Temperature Probe while
the lower oven has 2 Standard Oven Racks.
The oven has a weight of 243 lbs and dimensions of 52 1/16 x 26
3/4 x 24 1/2 inches. It requires 240 / 208 V, 60 Hz, 40 A voltage
and has a power of 2,000 W. The wall oven junction box may be
located above or right or left of the unit within reach of the
power conduit. Electrical hook up may be located below (depending
on space) or next to the drawer within the reach of the power
cord.

weight requirements as the base has to be able to support oven
weight.
To operate the oven, use the touch control with SteelTouchTM
buttons. Select the desired cooking mode from the available options
– Bake, Variable Broil (hi & low), Roast, Warm, Sabbath, Proof
Dough, Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Convection Roast, Pizza,
Convection MultiRack, Convection Conversion, Temperature Probe, and
Fast Preheat. Use the telescopic rack for safe access to the oven
cavity. The oven is designed to be installed flush with cabinetry.
It is compatible with most competitors’ cutouts.
For even browning and time savings by using multiple racks at
one time, use the Convection Pro mode which combines a third
heating element with a back fan. The upper oven has 1 Telescopic
and 2 Standard Oven Racks, and a Temperature Probe while the lower
oven has 2 Standard Oven Racks.
