Product Information
The product consists of various parts and components that are used in commercial ovens. These parts include orifices, valves, burners, racks, panels, igniters, tubing, legs, casters, door liners, and frames. Each part has a unique item number and part number for identification purposes. The product is designed to be used in commercial ovens only.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before using the product, ensure that all the parts are properly installed and secured in the oven.
- To adjust the gas flow, use the pilot adjust valve or the manual gas valve as per the requirement.
- The oven thermostat should be installed with the brass elbow 90 fitting and a capillary bulb bracket.
- Use the thermostat BJ bezel assembly and knob to adjust the temperature settings of the oven.
- The pilot tube should be connected to the open top pilot tube WA air shutter for proper functioning.
- The front and rear venturi should be installed with the top grate support for commercial burner heads.
- Use the drip pans and handles to collect any excess grease or food particles during cooking.
- The oven racks should be properly clipped in with the rack guide and slide TMD for easy removal and insertion.
- The piezo igniter should be mounted on the bracket for easy access.
- The TS11 safety valve should be installed with the bracket for safety purposes.
- Use the orifices as per the gas type (Nat or LP) and oven type (open top, space saver, or range base).
- The door liner and frame assembly should be installed for proper insulation and safety.
- Always refer to the user manual or seek professional help for installation and maintenance of the product.
