3. Synergic Welding Process: – Set the synergic welding process. –
Set the filler metal and shielding gas. – Set the operating mode. –
When setting a welding power parameter, the remaining parameters
are set automatically. 4. Stick (MMA) Welding: – Set the welding
power parameters individually. – Set the sheet thickness, welding
current, and wire speed. – Select the desired parameter for each
setting. 5. TIG Welding: – Set the welding power parameters
individually. – Set the sheet thickness, welding current, and wire
speed. – Select the desired parameter for each setting. 6. Manual
Welding: – The welding power parameters can be adjusted
individually. – Set the sheet thickness, welding current, and wire
speed. – Select the desired parameter for each setting. 7. Set
Correction Parameters: – Arc length correction. – Welding voltage.
– Arc-force dynamic. – Select the desired parameter for each
setting. 8. Operating Modes: – 2-step mode: suitable for short weld
seams and tacking work. – 4-step mode: suitable for longer weld
seams with a high level of comfort. – Special 4-step mode:
additional settings for starting and final current. – Spot welding:
suitable for overlapping sheets. – Stitch welding: suitable for
light-gauge sheet metal welding and air-gap bridging. 9. To
optimize welding results: – Measure the welding circuit resistance
(r). – Set the mains fuse so that the device switches off before
the mains fuse trips. – Refer to the Operating Instructions of the
power source for detailed instructions on these measures.
