- Empty dirty water tank
- Fill solution tank with water
- Plug machine into a working outlet
- Disconnect wand from grip trigger handle
- Turn machine on & press trigger
- Check for spray at the small spray tip where the water comes out
- If there is spray
- Clean out spray tip on tool using a paper clip
- Wand pieces and tool needs to be pressed firmly together
- If not spraying:
- Remove solution tank
- Verify the red gasket is correctly attached to the cap on the bottom of the tank
- The red auto-load gasket should face outward, screen should be inside, not outside
- If missing, it should be replaced
- While holding tank over sink (cap side down) push up on the X-valve
- Water should flow out
- If not, cap & insert should be replaced
- Return tank to machine
- Remove hose solution line
- There should be 2 small O-rings on the fitted end of the hose solution line
- If missing, the hose should be replaced
- Reinsert hose solution line
- After inserting, twist to right to lock
- Run the machine for 5 minutes, with all 3 buttons engaged
- This should dislodge any clogs
