Installation Steps

Unscrew the fixed nut from the car mount and remove it.
Pass the ball joint through the fixed nut from the smaller opening side.
Push the ball joint firmly into the groove on the back of the car mount, then tighten the fixed nut.
Twist the knob to expand the hook.
Firstly, insert the car mount into a proper position of the air vent, to hook the airvent blade sturdily. Then fix the support plate and tighten the knob to lock the car mount. Finally, adjust the car mount to fit your optimal viewing angle.

Using Steps

Press the quick release button, the clamps arms will automatically open. Then, adjust the legs (bottom tray) according the size of your phone, tighten up the clamps arms to hold your phone firmly.
Find the press position (A dent place with tiny microdots on the side of clamp arms) and then push the clamp arms to tighten your phone firmly.
After using, press the quick release button again to open the clamp arms and take out the mobile phone (as shown in the figure).
