Product Information:
The device described in this user manual is a parasite detection
system designed to detect the presence of anisakis, a parasite that
can be found in the intestine of some fishes. Anisakis can cause
allergies and digestive disorders. The detection system uses a
non-destructive method by lighting the fish from the bottom with a
source of white light to find the parasite. This method ensures
that the fish does not suffer any damage or deterioration. It is
important to note that this device is intended only for the
detection of the parasite and does not eliminate or inactivate
it.
The device requires connection to an electrical network
compatible with the specifications mentioned in the Technical
Characteristics section. It operates on a power supply of 220-240v
and 50-60Hz with a power consumption of 40w. The device has IP65*
protection rating, indicating its resistance to dust and water.

Product Usage Instructions:
- Connect the device to an electrical network compatible with the
specifications mentioned in the Technical Characteristics
section. - Turn on the device using the on/off switch.
- Place the skinless fish on the surface of the light bulb area
of the device. - If the fish is infected with anisakis, you will easily see it
thanks to the transillumination. Anisakis is a small worm about 2cm
long.
Disposal Instructions:
Do not dispose of this product as unsorted waste at your
municipality. The disposal must be collected separately for special
treatment. This product must not be disposed of with household
waste. It must be disposed of in an authorized place specially
designated for the recycling of electrical and electronic
equipment.
Cleaning and Maintenance Instructions:
Clean the equipment regularly using a damp cloth. Do not use wet
cloth with soap. Avoid using acids or harsh detergents, and do not
scrub with scouring pads, spatulas, knives, or sharp objects.
Bulb Replacement Instructions:
- Unplug the device from the power supply.
- Remove the screws that secure the transparent casing.
- Detach the transparent casing from the main body.
- Change the bulb.
- Screw the transparent casing back onto the main body.

Anisakis ist ein Parasit, der im Darm von Fischen vorkommt und Allergien und Verdauungsstörungen verursachen kann. Das in diesem Gerät verwendete Erkennungssystem besteht darin, den Fisch von unten mit einer weißen Lichtquelle zu beleuchten, um den Parasiten zu erkennen. Es handelt sich um eine zerstörungsfreie Erkennungsmethode, so dass der Fisch nicht beschädigt oder beeinträchtigt wird. Wichtig: Das Gerät dient nur zum Nachweis des Parasiten und eliminiert oder inaktiviert ihn in keinem Fall.
MANEJO – USE – UTILISATION – HANDHABUNG Conecte el equipo a una red eléctrica compatible con los datos especificados en el apartado “Características técnicas”. Encienda el equipo mediante el interruptor de encendido / apagado. Coloque el pescado SIN piel en la superficie del equipo donde se encuentra la bombilla. Si el pescado está infectado con anisakis lo observará fácilmente gracias a la transiluminación. El anisakis es un pequeño gusano de aproximadamente 2cm de largo

Use un paño húmedo, no mojado con jabón neutro. No emplee ácidos o detergentes agresivos, ni raspe con estropajos, espátulas, cuchillas u objetos cortantes o punzantes.
Clean the equipment regularly. Use a damp, not wet with soap. Do not use acids or harsh detergents or scrub with scouring pads, spatulas, knives or sharp objects.
Nettoyez l’appareil régulièrement. Utilisez un chiffon humide, mais pas mouillé avec du savon. Ne pas utiliser des acides ou des détergents agressifs ou frotter avec un tampon à récurer, spatules, couteaux ou des objets pointus.

CAMBIO DE BOMBILLA
1. Desconectar el equipo de la corriente 2. Quitar los tornillos que fijan la carcasa transparente. 3. Separar la carcasa transparente del cuerpo principal 4. Cambiar la bombilla 5. Fijar nuevamente la carcasa transparente con sus tornillos en el cuerpo principal

1. Débranchez l’équipement de l’alimentation électrique 2. Retirez les vis qui fixent le boîtier transparent. 3. Séparez le boîtier transparent du corps principal 4. Changer l’ampoule 5. Fixez à nouveau le boîtier transparent avec ses vis sur le corps principal
