Sportsman Elite 3 Gauge Panel Oil Pressure Water Temperature
Product Information: SPORTSMAN™ ELITE GAUGES
The SPORTSMAN™ ELITE GAUGES are a set of gauges that can be used
to monitor the temperature and other aspects of a vehicle. They
come with three wires – yellow, orange, and black (for 3 & 4
gauge only) – that need to be connected to the ignition switch,
water temp sender, and oil temp sender respectively. These gauges
are suitable for use in dash panels that have 2, 3, or 4
gauges.
Product Usage Instructions
To use the SPORTSMAN™ ELITE GAUGES, follow the below
instructions:
- Locate the ignition switch in your vehicle and connect the
yellow wire to it. This will ensure that power is shut off when the
motor is turned off. - Find the water temp sender (included in the package) and
install it in the intake manifold. Connect the orange wire to the
sender. - If you have a 3 or 4 gauge dash panel, locate the oil pan or
cooler and install the oil temp sender (included in the package)
there. Connect the black wire to the sender. - Ensure that the gauges are properly grounded by connecting them
to a suitable ground source. The ground wires are color-coded
black. - Once all the wires are connected, turn on the motor to see if
the gauges are working properly. If they are not, check the
connections and troubleshoot as necessary.
