This TV stand is designed to hold a flat-screen TV up to 88lbs
(40kg) and comes with various hardware for installation. The stand
has a pole (E) for holding the TV and a center leg (B) for
stability. The stand also includes lower (C) and upper (D) VESA
brackets for mounting the TV, cable clamps (F) for cable
management, security clips (G) for safety, and a steel cable (H)
for added security.
Tools needed for assembly include a Phillips screwdriver, drill,
tape measure, level, and pencil.
Assembly Steps
- Assemble Center Leg (B) to Pole (E) using M5x12mm Screws (S-A)
and screw Legs (A) into the base of Pole (E). - Adjust collar height on Pole (E) using 4mm Allen Wrench
(T-B). - Position Lower VESA Bracket (C) and Upper VESA Bracket (D)
horizontally on the back of the TV and secure using Screws (M-A or
M-B) with Square Washers (M-F) and M5 Washers (S-D), with Security
Clips (G) installed to top holes. - If the TV has a large or curved back, use Screws (M-C, M-D, or
M-E) with Spacers (M-G, M-H) and Square Washers (M-F) to secure the
brackets to the TV instead. - Slide the TV with VESA brackets (C, D) onto Pole (E). Close the
clamp on Lower VESA Bracket (C) over Pole (E) and secure with the
previously removed screw. - Route cables through the pole and Center Leg (B) and reinstall
cable management covers. - For wood stud installation, use Cable Clamps (F) as guides to
mark drilling locations on the wall. Drill a 1.6 (40mm) deep hole
using a 1/8 (3.5mm) drill bit. Mount Cable Clamps (F) to the wall
using ST4.8x38mm Screws (S-B). Thread Steel Cable (H) through
Security Clips (G), then through the center holes in the Cable
Clamps (F) and tighten using a 2mm Allen wrench (T-A).

ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1
Remove the cable management cover from Center Leg (B). Assemble Center Leg (B) to Pole (E) using M5x12mm Screws (S-A) and a Phillips screwdriver. Screw Legs (A) into base of Pole (E).

Recommended spacing:

Remove the screw from the center clamp of Lower VESA Bracket (C) and open the clamp.

OPTION A: Flat Back Monitor Position Lower VESA Bracket (C) and Upper VESA Bracket (D) horizontally on the back of the TV, making sure Upper VESA Bracket (D) is on top and Lower VESA Bracket (C) is below. Secure using Screws (M-A or M-B) with Square Washers (M-F) and M5 Washers (S-D), with Security Clips (G) installed to top holes.

STEP 5
Slide the TV with VESA brackets (C, D) onto Pole (E). Close the clamp on Lower VESA Bracket (C) over Pole (E) and secure with previously removed screw.

Remove the cable management cover from Pole (E) and route cables through the pole and Center Leg (B). Reinstall cable management covers.

OPTION A: Wood Stud Installation Use a stud finder and a level to locate two adjacent studs. Using Cable Clamps (F) as guides, mark drilling locations on the wall. Drill a 1.6″ (40mm) deep hole using a 1/8″ (3.5mm) drill bit. Mount Cable Clamps (F) to wall using ST4.8x38mm Screws (S-B). Thread Steel Cable (H) through Security Clips (G), then through the center holes in the Cable Clamps (F) as shown, then tighten using 2mm Allen wrench (T-A).

OPTION B: Concrete/ Brick Installation Using Cable Clamps (F) as guides, mark drilling locations on wall. Drill holes at least 1.6″ (40mm) deep using a 9/32″ (7mm) drill bit. Insert Concrete Anchors (S-C) in holes and mount Cable Clamps (F) to the wall using ST4.8x38mm Screws (S-B). Thread Steel Cable (H) through Security Clips (G) and through the center holes in the Cable Clamps (F) as shown, then tighten Cable Clamps (F) using 2mm Allen Wrench (T-A).
