Product Information
The Floor Stand is an accessory for the boiler. It is designed
to securely hold the boiler in an upright position. The assembled
dimensions of the floor stand are as follows:
- Height: 54 1/2 in.
- Width: 18 1/4 in.
- Depth: 24 in.
Please note that the floor stand should only be assembled and
used by a qualified installer, service agency, or gas supplier to
ensure proper installation and safety.
Product Usage Instructions
To assemble the floor stand, please follow these steps:
- Refer to Figure 1 in the user manual for a visual
representation of the assembly process. - Follow the instructions provided in the manual to assemble the
floor stand. - Once assembled, secure the floor stand to the floor using the
holes provided in the legs. Make sure to use fasteners that are
rated for the weight of the boiler and stand. This is crucial to
prevent tipping hazards. - Before attaching the boiler and other connections, ensure that
the floor stand is properly secured to the floor. Failure to do so
may result in severe personal injury, death, or substantial
property damage. - If installing a watertube boiler, use mounting holes A and C on
the wall bracket (refer to Figure 1). If installing a firetube
boiler, use mounting holes B and C. - Refer to the Installation, Operating, and Service Instructions
provided with the boiler to properly install it onto the floor
stand. - It is important to note that lifting the boiler onto the floor
stand requires two people due to the heavy weight. Additionally,
ensure that the wall bracket is properly anchored to the floor
stand for added stability. - For areas subject to earthquakes, please check local codes for
any specific requirements that may take precedence over these
instructions.

To assemble floor stand, perform the following steps:
1. Assemble floor stand as shown in Figure 1.
2. Secure floor stand to floor using holes provided in legs.
! DANGER
Tipping Hazard. If floor stand is not secured to floor, boiler and stand could fall and result in severe personal injury, death, or substantial property damage. It is important to secure the stand to the floor before attaching boiler and other connections. Check local codes for earth quake or other restrictions before installing the stand. Use fasteners rated for the weight of the boiler and stand.
3. Install wall bracket from boiler.
a. If installing watertube boiler, use mounting holes A and C as shown in Figure 1.
b. If installing firetube boiler, use mounting holes B and C as shown in Figure 1.
