WHV402D Exhaust Chamber Link Pipe
Product Information
The product is a Werkes USA Chamber Delete, designed to be
installed on a vehicle’s exhaust system. It is manufactured by
Competition Werkes Inc.
Product Usage Instructions
- Remove the side exhaust canister by loosening the 1 bolt, 1
nut, and 1 clamp. - Remove the front lower heat shield by loosening the 5
bolts. - Remove the headpipe by disconnecting the 1 O2 sensor, 2 bolts,
and 1 clamp. - Remove the center exhaust chamber by loosening the 2 upper
bolts and 1 lower bolt. Make sure to remove the U-nuts from the
frame to prevent loss. - Transfer the grommet, lower spacer tube, and large inlet gasket
from the center exhaust chamber to the Werkes USA Chamber
Delete. - Install the headpipe loosely.
- Install the Werkes USA Chamber Delete using the stock bolt and
clamp, leaving it loose. - Install the side exhaust canister using the stock hardware,
leaving it loose. - Check clearances of the headpipe and tighten it. Securely
install the O2 sensor. - Tighten the clamp and bolt on the Werkes USA Chamber
Delete. - Tighten the clamp and bolt on the side exhaust canister.
- Clean the exhaust with WD-40 or a similar product before
starting.
