ACLSN12 Cylinder Lock Kit
Product Information
The Cylinder Lock Kit is a component used to secure enclosures
or doors. It includes a cylinder lock, screw, flat cam, hex nut,
internal lockwasher, enclosure door, and flat nylon washer (not
used on type 3R enclosure).
Product Usage Instructions
- Identify the location on the door or enclosure where the
mounting hole needs to be positioned. - Ensure that the mounting hole is either punched or drilled
according to your preference. - Insert the cylinder lock through the mounting hole from the
exterior side of the door or enclosure. - Secure the cylinder lock in place using the provided
screw. - Attach the flat cam to the cylinder lock on the interior side
of the door or enclosure. - Tighten the hex nut onto the cylinder lock to secure the flat
cam in place. - If applicable, install the internal lockwasher between the hex
nut and the flat cam. - For type 3R enclosures, skip using the flat nylon washer.
- Ensure that all assembled equipment functions safely and
properly before energizing any circuits.
WARNING: Before energizing any circuits, make
sure to check all internal and external electrical and mechanical
clearances. This is necessary to avoid electric shock and to ensure
safe and proper functioning of the equipment.
