Product Usage Instructions

1. Ensure that all internal and external electrical and mechanical
   clearances are checked thoroughly.
2. Verify that all assembled equipment functions safely and

Mounting Hole Requirements:

The Cylinder Lock Kit requires a mounting hole for installation.
The location of the mounting hole depends on the type of equipment
box:

Large CH Boxes:

• Punched Hole (Preferred): X = 1.78 when B = 24 or less, X =
  2.28 when B is more than 24
• Drilled Hole

JIC Boxes:

• Punched Hole (Preferred)
• Drilled Hole

Note: Please ensure the appropriate location and size of the
mounting hole based on the type of equipment box.

Installation Steps:

1. Place the Cylinder Lock Kit over the mounting hole.
2. Align the components properly, including the screw, formed cam,
   nylon washer, hex nut, internal lockwasher, and cover cylinder
   lock.
3. Tighten the components securely using appropriate tools.
