Overview

Wearing

Choose the EarTips that fit your ears best.
Adjust the earbuds to ensure the microphone is directed towards your mouth.

Pairing

Take the earbuds out of the charging case.
Find “QCY-T13” in the Bluetooth list on your device. Confirm the pairing when a notification pops up, otherwise, the secondary earbud cannot be used separately.

LED Light Guide

Charging

Fully dry off the earbuds before charging. Remove the protective film before charging.

POWERING ON/OFF

Take the earbuds out of the charging case to power on.
Place the earbuds into the charging case to power off.

BUTTON CONTROLS

X2: Press Twice X3: Press Triple; 1.5”: Press and hold for 1.5 seconds

Factory Resetting

Delete the previous connection record of the phone. Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged. Press and hold the button on both earbuds for 10 seconds until the red and blue LED indicator flashes alternately 3 times, indicating that the reset is successful.

Tips/Warning

1. Do not disassemble. Avoid Dropping.
2. Use original or certified cables.
3. Keep away from children or pets. Small parts included may be a choking hazard.
4. The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use. If you do not use it for more than 2 Weeks, please charge and maintain it regularly for safe operation.
5. Do not put it under extreme temperatures, such as below 10 degrees Celsius or above 60 degrees Celsius.
6. Do not let the headset touch sharp objects, otherwise, it will be scratched easily.
7. Do not expose the product to strong sunlight fire or throw it into the fire to avoid an explosion
8. Do not use the product outdoors during thunderstorms to avoid malfunction or electric shock.
9. Do not use chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds
10. Do not use earbuds for a long time as may damage your hearing.
