Battery tray is not fully insertedMake sure battery tray is fully inserted.
Battery installed backwardsRemove and reinsert battery tray. Remove battery and reinstall opposite direction.

Clogged filterRemove timer from hose bibb/tap and check mesh screen filter. Remove any debris found in screen.
Insufficient water pressureTest water pressure to confirm it is at least 15PSI or greater.
Timer is not programmedBe sure to press OK after each programming step.
