Poseidon 1.5 Model Information

The Poseidon 1.5 Model is an ozone generator that was sold
between June 2021 through May 2022. A precautionary recall has been
issued for affected units. The serial number is located on the back
of the unit.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Confirm the serial number on your unit matches the number
   included in the precautionary recall bulletin.
2. Contact the customer service team at [email protected] with
   any questions and complete the precautionary recall form Poseidon
   Replacement Form.
3. Return only the Poseidon ozone generator and not the power
   supply, tubing, or other accessories.
4. Once you receive your digital USPS return label, select a
   Medium Flat Rate Box in the lobby of your local USPS. Box
   dimensions are 11×8-1/2×5-1/2.
5. Take precautions to wrap your unit(s) in protective packaging
   and fill any void spaces with filler.
6. Seal the box securely and place the shipping label in the
   designated area on the box and give it to USPS.
7. Your replacement unit will be shipped from Ozotech when we
   receive notice your package was scanned by USPS.

With your completed precautionary recall form Poseidon Replacement Form, we will be sending you a replacement Poseidon ozone generator to replace your unit as soon as possible.

1. Return the Poseidon ozone generator only. Do not return the power supply, tubing, or other accessories.
2. Once you receive your digital USPS return label, select a Medium Flat Rate Box in the lobby of your local USPS. Box dimensions are 11″x8-1/2″x5-1/2″.
