WHAT YOU NEED
- Tension Spring Clips
- 3/16 Bolts
- 3/16 Cap Nuts
INSTALLATION
Place the Window Well Cover over the window well and push it tight against the house.
NOTE
If the cover doesn’t fit symmetrically, the steel well may be bent out of shape. Use a sledgehammer to tap the well to allow the cover to fit.
Center the cover on your well and mark the locations where the clips will attach.
Remove the cover from your well and drill a 3/16 hole at each marked location.
Mount the clips to your cover using the cap nuts and bolts provided and tighten the screw until there is about 1/4 space in the spring clip.
Snap Window Well Cover onto the rim of the window well.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Clean your window well cover with a mild solution detergent and water. Use of harsh chemicals or solvents may damage plastic and void warranty.
