different model numbers: HD5100SF1 and HD5100SF2. The item numbers
are 1008 779 367 and 1008 779 370, respectively. It is manufactured

Tape a sign to the panel warning others to leave the circuit alone while you work.
Before touching any wire, use a voltage tester to make sure it is not live.
When replacing fuses, turn off the main power first. Make sure your hands and feet are dry, and place one hand behind your back to prevent electricity from making a complete circuit through your chest. Touch the plug fuse only by its insulated rim. Remove the cartridge fuses with a fuse puller.
Use tools with insulated handles and ladders made of wood or fiberglass.
To protect children, place a safety cover over any unused outlets.

WHAT IS COVERED
The manufacturer warrants this fixture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal use and service. If this product is found to be defective, the manufacturer’s only obligation and your exclusive remedy, is the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer’s discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alteration, neglect, or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any product that is found to have been improperly installed, set up, or used in any way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. This warranty shall not apply to a failure of the product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, faulty installation, or any other failure not relating to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear.

Installation
1 Testing ceiling canopy fit to the crossbar assembly
Fit the the ceiling canopy (B) of the fixture body to the crossbar assembly (AA) and secure with the mounting balls (1). If they do not align, adjust the length of the mounting screws on the crossbar assembly (AA) by unscrewing the preassembled hex nuts. Screw the mounting screws in or out of the crossbar until the desired length is achieved. Once the fixture body is secure, remove the mounting balls (1) and the fixture body and proceed to Step 2.
NOTE: The ceiling canopy should be snug against the ceiling and the mounting balls (1).

2 Installing the ceiling canopy and the shade
Guide the fixture wire with the bare copper ground wire through the spider (D), the rod (C) and ceiling canopy (B). Thread the ceiling canopy (B), the spider (D), the rod (C) and the socket assembly (E) together as shown. Hand-tighten until snug. Remove the mounting balls (1) from the spider (D). Pass the bolt of the spider (D) through the holes of the shade (A) and secure with the mounting balls (1). Hand-tighten until snug.

3 Installing the crossbar assembly
Unscrew the two mounting balls (1) from the crossbar assembly (AA). Remove the crossbar assembly (AA) from the ceiling canopy (B) and keep the crossbar assembly (AA) and two mounting balls (1) for
later use. Secure the crossbar assembly (AA) to the outlet box (not included) with the outlet box screws (BB). Tighten until snug.

4 Making the electrical connections
Ground Wire:

Wrap the supply ground wire around the green ground screw
on the crossbar assembly (AA), no less than 2 in. from the end of the wire. Tighten the ground screw.
CC
Connect the fixture ground wire to the supply ground wire with a wire connector (CC).
Green ground screw
Supply Wire: Connect the supply white wire to the white fixture supply
wire with a wire connector (CC).
Connect the supply black (or red) wire to the black fixture
supply wire with a wire connector (CC).
Wrap each connection with approved electrical tape and
carefully insert all of the connected wires into the outlet box.

5 Attaching the fixture body to the outlet box
Reattach the ceiling canopy (B) of the fixture body to the crossbar assembly (AA). Secure with the previously removed mounting balls (1).

6 Installing the light bulbs
Install the correct bulbs (not included) referring to fixture markings and/or labels for maximum wattage. NOTE: Uses three 60W candelabra base bulbs or LED equivalent (sold separately).

Care and Cleaning
Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, solvents, or harsh abrasives. Use only a dry, soft cloth to dust or wipe carefully. To clean the fixture, disconnect power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box, and use a dry or
slightly dampened, clean cloth to wipe the exterior surface of the fixture.
Troubleshooting

1 Prueba de instalación de la base del techo en el soporte de barras cruzadas
Encaje la cubierta del techo (B) del cuerpo de la lámpara al ensamble de la barra transversal (AA) y fíjela con las esferas de montaje (1). Si no lo está, ajuste el largo de los tornillos de montaje sobre el ensamble de la barra transversal (AA) desatornillando las tuercas
hexagonales previamente ensambladas. Luego atornille los tornillos de montaje dentro o fuera de la barra transversal hasta que se alcance el largo deseado. Una vez que la cuerpo de la lámpara esté asegurada, retire las esferas de montaje (1) y la cuerpo de la lámpara y proceda al paso 2.
Nota: La cubierta para techo debe estar ajustada contra
el techo y las esferas de montaje (1).

Pase el cable de la lámpara y el cable desnudo de cobre a tierra a través de la araña (D), la varilla (C) y de la cubierta para techo (B). Enrosque la cubierta para techo (B), la araña (D), la varilla (C) y el cuerpo de la lámpara (E) como se muestra. Apriételos a mano

4 Realizar las conexiones eléctricas
Conductor de puesta a tierra:
Coloque el conductor de tierra alrededor del tornillo

transversal (AA), a no menos de 5,08 cm del extremo
del conductor. Apriete el tornillo de puesta a tierra.
Conecte el conductor de tierra de la lámpara al
conductor de tierra usando el conector de cables (CC).

Conecte el conductor blanco del suministro al conductor
del suministro blanco de la lámpara con el conector de
cables (CC).
Conecte el conductor negro (o rojo) del suministro al

Envuelva cada conexión con cinta aislante aprobada y
coloque con cuidado todos los cables conectados

Cuidado y limpieza
No use limpiadores que contengan agentes químicos, solventes o abrasivos fuertes. Use solo un paño suave y seco para desempolvar o limpiar cuidadosamente el producto.
Para limpiar la lámpara, desconecte la alimentación apagando el interruptor de circuito o retirando el fusible de la caja de fusibles y use un paño limpio seco o levemente húmedo para la superficie exterior de la lámpara.
