N7345-790 5-Light Aged Antique Brass Pendant
Product Information
The product being installed is item number N7345-790, a circular
strap fixture with swivel and a shade of model number SH7345. The
fixture requires five candelabra base bulbs of up to 60 watts each
or CFL or LED equivalent (not included). The installation process
involves shutting off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box,
assembling the fixture with the swivel, connecting the wires, and
finishing the installation by raising the canopy and installing the
bulbs.
Product Usage Instructions
- Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and
remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware. - Unpack your new fixture carefully and lay out all the parts in
a clean area, making sure not to misplace any small parts necessary
for installation. - Remove finials (E) and separate canopy assembly (D) from
circular strap (B). - Thread metal tube (H) to all thread (I) of fixture body
(K). - Determine the desired hanging height and thread rods (F &
G) to all rod# W35-1-790*3(F) W35-H-790*1(G). - Connect the electrical wires as shown in fig.2, making sure
that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a
ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground
wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly
to the circular strap (B) using the green screw provided. Tuck wire
connectors neatly into the junction box. - Raise canopy (D) over screws (A) and secure with finials
(E). - Install five candelabra base bulbs (J) up to 60 watts each or
CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture
specification. DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! - Test the fixture after restoring power to the junction
box.

PREPARATION (Fig. 1)
1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.
2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clean area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation.

ASSEMBLING THE FIXTURE WITH SWIVEL (Fig. 1) 3. Remove finials (E) and separate canopy assembly (D) from
circular strap (B). 4. Thread metal tube (H) to all thread (I) of fixture body (K). 5. Determine desired hanging height and thread rods (F & G)) to all
thread of metal tube (H). Then attach swivel (L) of canopy (D) by threading into rod (F). Pass wires carefully through each rod as you assemble. 6. Thread screws (A) into the pre-drilled holes in the circular strap (B) spaced same distance apart as holes in canopy (D). The length of screws (A) may be adjusted if necessary. Then tighten with washer and hex nut. 7. Attach the circular strap (B) to the junction box (Not included) using mounting screws (C) (Size: #8-32N*L1″). The side of the circular strap marked “GND” must face out. 8. The support cable is provided to support weight of fixture while wiring. Align fixture to circular strap (B) and attach hook (M) on the end of support cable into a slot located on circular strap (B). Carefully allow support cable to support weight of fixture while wiring.

CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig. 2) 9. Connect the electrical wires as shown in fig.2, making sure that all
wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the circular strap (B) using the green screw provided. 10. Tuck wire connectors neatly into the junction box.

FINISHING THE INSTALLATION (Fig. 1)
11. Raise canopy (D) over screws (A) and secure with finials (E).
12. Install (5) five candelabra base bulbs (J) up to 60 watts each or
CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification — DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!).

Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test the fixture.
