391 Series Card Edge Connector

Product Information

The 341/391 Series Card Edge Connector is a low profile
connector designed for use with printed circuit boards. It features
a .100 (2.54) contact spacing and .140 (3.56) row spacing. The
connector accepts .062 (1.57) nominal thickness PCBs and offers
multiple contact termination options including P.C. Tail, Wire
Hole, and Extender Board Bends. It is available in single or dual
row configurations and offers a variety of mounting options. The
connector also accepts between contact and in-contact polarizing
keys.

Product Usage Instructions

To use the 341/391 Series Card Edge Connector, follow these
steps:

  1. Select the desired mounting option based on your
    requirements.
  2. Ensure that the PCB thickness is within the accepted range of
    .062 (1.57).
  3. Choose the appropriate contact termination option (P.C. Tail,
    Wire Hole, or Extender Board Bends) based on your application.
  4. If using a single row configuration, align the connector with
    the corresponding holes on the PCB and insert the contacts into the
    holes.
  5. If using a dual row configuration, repeat step 4 for both
    rows.
  6. If necessary, use between contact and in-contact polarizing
    keys to ensure proper alignment and orientation of the
    connector.
  7. Secure the connector in place using the selected mounting
    option.
