Product Information:
These fixtures are intended to be installed utilizing NEC
compliant junction boxes. This product is safety listed for damp
locations. This instruction shows a typical installation.

accordance with the applicable installation code by a person
familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the

Product Usage:
Step 1A: For Semi-Flush Mount Installation
Only: Secure the semi-flush mount mounting plate to the junction
box.
Step 2: Assemble the fixture by screwing the
semi-flush mount canopy onto the fixture body, then secure the
fixture body to the fixture using the fixture screw. For Pendant
Installation Only: Screw the half ball to the stem which will be on
top.
Step 3: For Pendant Installation Only:
Determine the wanted height or look of the fixture with the
provided stems, then assemble them by screwing them together.
Step 4: For Pendant Installation Only: Feed the
fixture wires through the stem assembly, then screw the stem
assembly on top of the canopy assembly.
Step 5: For Pendant Installation Only: Feed the
fixture wires through the collar nut, canopy, and the half ball
assembly then screw it onto the stem assembly.
Step 6: For Pendant Installation Only: Align
and secure the mounting plate to the junction box, then slide the
half ball assembly onto the mounting plate.
Step 7: Connect the fixture to a suitable
ground in accordance with local electrical codes.
Step 8: Connect the white fixture wire (square
and/or rigid) to the neutral power line wire with a wire nut.
Step 9: Connect the black fixture wire (round
and/or smooth) to the hot power line wire with a wire nut.
Step 10: For Semi-Flush Mount Installation
Only: Neatly place all the wires into the junction box, place the
canopy onto the mounting plate, and secure it in place using the
canopy screws. Skip to step 13.
Step 11: For Pendant Installation Only: Neatly
place all the wires into the junction box, place the canopy onto
the mounting plate, and secure it in place by screwing the collar
nut tightly onto the mounting plate.
Step 12: Place the shade onto the socket and
secure it in place by screwing the shade collar nut onto the
socket. Do not over tighten. Repeat for all the other shades.
Step 13: Screw the lamps into the sockets.
Refer to the label on the socket for Max Wattage Information.

1 For Semi-Flush Mount Installation Only: Secure the semi-flush mount mounting plate to the junction box.

12 For Pendant Installation Only: Neatly place all the wires into the junction box, place the canopy onto the mounting plate, and secure it in place by screwing the collar nut tightly onto the mounting plate.
13 Place the shade onto the socket and secure it in place by screwing the shade collar nut onto the socket. Do not over tighten. Repeat for all the other shades.
14 Screw the lamps into the sockets. Refer to the label on the socket for Max Wattage Information.
