To change the cutting head on your equipment, it is strongly recommended to request assistance from your dealer, who is authorised to give you all necessary advice.

DISASSEMBLY

A. Remove the two cover screws (V320).
Disassembly
B. Take off the removable cover (921C).
Disassembly
C. Remove the cover protecting the hook screws (921CV) using a flat tipped screwdriver.
Disassembly
D. Remove the two hook screws (906V) using the TORX wrench (CLET30) and the extension (750R). Only moderately tighten the vise.

E. Remove the Kit.

ASSEMBLY

F. Grease the pinion teeth using Extreme performance grease (952GA).

G. Place the Maxi Kit finger protection (921CR2).
Assembly Instruction
H. Screw in the screw (V312).
Assembly Instruction
I. Place the Maxi Kit on the pruning shears.
Assembly Instruction
J. Screw in the two hook screws (906V) without tightening.
Assembly Instruction
K. Using the TORX wrench (CLET30) and the extension (750R), tighten the two hook screws (906V). Only moderately tighten the vise.

L. Place the hook screw protection cover (921CR).

M. Loosen the screw (V56TB).

N. Unscrew the nut (910EM) by a quarter turn.

O. Using the grease gun (952P), grease the kit through the greasing cap (809B) until the grease appears between the blade and the nut (810E).

P. Re-tighten the nut (810E).

Q. Lock the screw (V56TB).

To start the tool, please refer to page 7 of the user manual, “Powering on”. If necessary, refer to page 16 “Adjustable blade opening / overlap”, of the user manual for adjustable blade opening or overlap.
