SS304/SS316 Corrugated Flexible Metallic Hose
Corrugated Flexible Metal Hose Manufactured by Hydraulic Forming Annular Corrugations from two types of thin Gauge Butt Welded for Pressure Applications. One or Two Layers of Metallic Wire Braids are Applied Directly to the Hose having a Close Weave Braid at the Optimum Angle.

PUMP CONNECTORS:
Stainless Steel Flexible Pump Connectors are designed for mechanical equipment to isolate vibration, relieve stresses,reduce noise, absorb small movements and to facilitate installation. Flexible pump connectors to use suppress vibration from pump,to absorb intermittent lateral movements in pipelines and to compensate for subsidence when pipelines cross building movement lines.
End Fittings:
- BSP/BSPT/NPT threads, Hexagonal Male fix type pipe threads
- Fixed Flange/Swivel Flange as per ANSI B16.5 150#,300#/ DIN PN 10/PN 16/PN 40
Note:
- Flexible pump connector are designed the test pressure is 1.5 times of the max. Working pressure.
- The burst pressure is 4 times of the working pressure. They are use for full vacuum and operating temperature of -200° C to +550° C.
- Flexible Pump Connectors are not suitable for absorbing AXIAL Movement.
- We are also manufacturing higher pressure Pump Connectors as per customer’s specification.

SMOOTH BORE MEDIUM PRESSURE PTFE HOSE
Construction:
Smooth innercore of extruded white PTFE,with Stainless Steel wire braid reinforcement of SS304/SS316L
Temperature :
- (-54°C) to 232°C (-65°F to 450°F) for continuous service.
- (-73°C) to 260°C (-100°F to 500°F) for intermittent service.
Advantages :
PTFE is an ideal material for flexible hose, to which a wire over-braid is added for excellent pressure ratings. Such hose gives extremely long life because its inner core has out-standing resistance to steam,chemicals, solvents, heat pressure impulses, flexing,vibration and aging.

PTFE LINED HOSE
Description :
PTFE lined hose has the internal tube of PTFE inside the corrugated metallic hose. The flange is assembled with the internal tube providing a liner inside and across the face of the flange. Chemical inertness is therefore maintained throughout the entire assembly. PTFE lined hose assemblies permit full utilization of the wide operating extreme characteristics of PTFE and are rated for continuous service from (-70°C) to 240°C. These ratings can be exceeded for intermittent operations, depending on time and overall conditions.
