HK-050 Grizzly Kodiak 2 Inch Receiver
Product Information:
The Yamaha Grizzly/Kodiak 2 Receiver is a hardware kit designed
for use with Yamaha Grizzly and Kodiak models. The kit includes a 2
receiver, along with various components such as U-bolts, nuts,
washers, bolts, and lock washers. The part number for the hardware
kit is 101280, and it comes with the HK-050 hardware kit.
Kit Components:
- 1 x 2 Receiver
- 2 x 5/16-18 X 1-1/4 X 1-3/4 U-BOLT
- 4 x 5/16-18 NYLOCK NUT
- 4 x 5/16 SAE FLAT WASHER ZINC
- 1 x 5/8-11 X 1-1/2 HEX BOLT GR5 ZINC
- 1 x 5/8 USS FLAT WASHER ZINC
- 1 x 5/8 LOCK WASHER
Product Usage Instructions:
- Place the receiver into the designated location, as shown in
Figure 1. Ensure that the hole in the OEM hitch aligns with the
threaded boss on the receiver. - Take the supplied U-bolts and position them around the vertical
frame tubes, as illustrated in Figure 1. - Tighten all the hardware securely.
- Ensure that you do not exceed the recommended tongue weight or
towing weight limits specified for your vehicle.
Note: Refer to Figure 1 for visual guidance on
the placement of U-bolts and the threaded boss on the receiver.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the receiver into location as shown in Figure 1. Line up the hole in the OEM hitch and the threaded boss on the receiver.
2. Put the supplied U-bolts around the vertical frame tubes as shown in Figure 1.
3. Tighten all Hardware
4. Do not exceed recommended tongue or towing weight.
