INSERTING / CHANGING BATTERY
- Slide off battery cover.
- Insert 2 x Alkaline AA batteries as directed on unit.
- Slide battery cover back into position until you hear a click.
FUNCTION
The Tommie Tipped Electric Baby Nail File (PC8676) is designed with 3 special care filing heads for the different stages of baby and toddler nail growth. Adults can also use the 3 additional filing heads to keep their nails in perfect condition. 
The baby nail file has a Left or Right rotation so you can select preference:
Left rotation – the filing head will rotate anti-clockwise.
Right rotation – the filing head will rotate clockwise.

OPERATION
| Status | Operation |
| Right rotation high speed | Push the ON/OFF to R1. The led light will be on and the filing head will rotate clockwise in high speed. |
| Right rotation low speed | Push the ON/OFF to R2. The led light will be on and the filing head will rotate clockwise in low speed. |
| OFF | Turn the ON/OFF back to “0” and the product then will turn off. |
| Left rotation low speed | Push the ON/OFF to L1. The led light will be on and the filing head will rotate counterclockwise. |
| Left rotation high speed | Push the ON/OFF to L2. The led light will be on and the filing head will rotate counterclockwise. |
| Low battery indication | The filing head will work slowly and then gradually stop. |
CARE AND USE
- Clean your hands and cut any long nails with clippers.
- Choose the suitable filing head as recommended in the table.
- Push the filing head onto the head installation position until secured with a click.
- For best results keep the filing head moving lightly and evenly across the nail until the desired length is achieved.
- The quiet motor and LED light have been developed to allow you to file baby’s nails while they are sleeping.
- Do not mix the filing heads as these have been developed for baby and parent/caregiver requirements. Please refer to the table.
- After use wipe the file body with a dry, soft cloth and remove dust from the filing head. Do not immerse in water.
- Keep the device dry and clean.
- Keep away from heat and high temperatures at all times.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use near broken skin.
