CART-V04C Black Mobile Projector and Laptop Cart

Product Information:

The Black Mobile Projector and Laptop Cart (SKU: CART-V04C) is a
versatile and sturdy cart designed to hold a laptop and a
projector. It comes with two trays, an upper and a lower one, to
hold the devices. The cart has a weight capacity of 22lbs (10kg)
per tray. The cart also features four wheels, two of which are
locking casters, making it easy to move around.

Product Usage Instructions:

Step 1: Before beginning the assembly process,
make sure you have all the necessary parts as listed in the package
contents section of the manual. If any parts are missing or
defective, contact customer support within 30 days of product
delivery to have them replaced.

Step 2: Assemble the base by placing it upside
down and attaching the feet using the M6x65mm screws, washers, and
nuts provided. Tighten using the wrench provided.

Step 3: Attach the casters to the base. Use the
M6x12mm screws and washers provided. Tighten using the Phillips
screwdriver.

Step 4: Attach the upper shelf (A) to the
center pole (C) by inserting the pole into the hole on the shelf.
Secure it in place using one M6x50mm screw (S-G) and one washer
(S-H).

Step 5: Attach the lower shelf (B) to the
center pole (C) by inserting the pole into the hole on the shelf.
Secure it in place using two M6x50mm screws (S-F), two washers
(S-B), and two nuts (S-C).

Step 6: Attach the center pole (C) to the base
(D) by inserting the pole into the hole on the base. Secure it in
place using one M6x50mm screw (S-G) and one washer (S-H).

Step 7: Attach the locking casters (H) to the
feet by inserting them into the holes and tightening using the
Phillips screwdriver.

Step 8: Attach the regular casters (G) to the
feet by inserting them into the holes and tightening using the
Phillips screwdriver.

Step 9: Attach the plate (F) to the center pole
(C) using one M6x30mm screw (S-E) and one knob (I).

Step 10: Attach the other plate (F) to the
upper shelf (A) using two M6x50mm screws (S-F), two washers (S-B),
and two knobs (I).

Step 11: Your Black Mobile Projector and Laptop
Cart is now assembled and ready to use. Make sure to follow the
weight capacity guidelines and use it for its intended purpose. If

ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1: Assembling the Base
Place Base (D) upside down and attach Feet (E) using M6x65mm Screws (S-A), Washers (S-B), and Nuts (S-C). Tighten using Wrench (T-B).

STEP 2: Attaching Casters
Attach Casters (G, H) to Feet (E) using Wrench (T-B) as shown in diagram.

STEP 3: Installing Center Pole
Turn assembly over and attach Center Pole (C) using M6x12mm Screws (S-D). Tighten using Allen Wrench (T-A).

STEP 4: Installing the Center Pole
Secure Center Pole (C) to Base (D) using M6x65mm Screw (S-A), Washer (S-B), and Nut (S-C). Tighten with Wrench (T-B).

STEP 5: Installing the Lower Shelf
Attach Lower Shelf (B) using M6x30mm Screws (S-E), Washers (S-B), and Nuts (S-C). Tighten with Wrench (T-B) and Phillips screwdriver.

STEP 6: Installing the Knobs
Adjust the height of Center Pole (C) and secure in place using M6x50mm Screws (S-F) and Knobs (I).

STEP 7: Installing the Upper Shelf
Secure two Plates (F) to either side of Center Pole (C). Place Upper Shelf (A) over assembly.

STEP 8: Installing the Upper Shelf
Attach Upper Shelf (A) using M6x50mm Screw (S-G), Washers (S-B), and Nut (S-C) in the top hole. Use M6x50mm Screw (S-F), Washer (S-H), and Knob (I) in the bottom hole.
