IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. BEFORE INSTALLATION

The following components are included:

  • Canopy x 1
  • Canopy Cover x 1
  • Coupling Cover x 1
  • Motor Assembly x 1
  • 12 Downrod x 1
  • Hardware installed at downrod:
    • 1/4 x 1-27/32 Hex Bolt x 4
    • Mounting Bracket x 1
    • Hardware for bracket installation:
      • M4 Wood Screw x 2
      • 1/4 Flat washer x 4
      • 1/4 Lock washer x 4
      • 1/4 Nut x 4
      • Clevis Pin x 4
  • Blade x 6
  • Hardware for blade installation:
    • 1/4 x 5/8 Screw x 19
    • 1/4 Rubber washer x 19
    • 1/4 Flat washer x 19
    • 1/4 Nut x 19
  • Wire Connector x 3
  • AAA Battery x 1
  • Remote Control x 1

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Electrical and Structural Requirements:

1. Loosen the screws and washers installed at top of
downrod.

Route safety cable and wires through downrod. Fix the downrod to
the coupling of motor with bolt, washer, nut and tighten them
firmly then insert clevis pin.

Clamp the downrod with 2 coupling screw on coupling to prevent
shaking during operation.

2. Loosen the bolts and nuts installed at the downrod,
and save them for further installation (Step 4 & 5). Assemble
the coupling cover, canopy cover, and the canopy through
downrod.

3. Mounting bracket installation:

A. Outlet box Ceiling

Install the Mounting Bracket onto outlet box ceiling with the M4
wood screws and M4 washers.

B. Wooden Ceiling

Safety Wire must install according to instruction.

Install the Mounting Bracket onto wooden ceiling with the
1/4×1-31/32 Wood Screws.

4. Install the Hex Bolt, Flat Washer, Lock Washer, Nut
and Clevis Pin into the bottom hole on top of the
Downrod.

Note: The Hex Bolt, Flat Washer, Lock Washer, Nut and Clevis Pin
are from step 2#.

5. Insert the Hex Bolt into the upper hole on Downrod
and secure with Flat Washer, Lock Washer and Nut. Tighten the 2
bolts.

Note: Bolts must be tightened till snug.

6. Connect the wires from fan to house’s supply
wires.

7. Loosen the 2 Canopy Screws on Mounting
Bracket.
Place Canopy on the Mounting Bracket. Align the
keyholes on Canopy with Mounting Bracket and secure with the 2
screws. Place the Canopy Cover on Canopy. Align the keyholes and
push in till snug.

1 Loosen the screws and washers installed
at top of downrod.
Route safety cable and wires through downrod. Fix the downrod to the coupling of motor with bolt, washer, nut and tighten them firmly then insert clevis pin.
Clamp the downrod with 2 coupling screw on coupling to prevent shaking during operaion.

2 Loosen the bolts and nuts installed at the downrod,
and save them for further installation(Step 4 & 5). Assemble the coupling cover, canopy cover, and the canopy through downrod.

Install the Mounting Bracket onto outlet box ceiling with the M4 wood screws and M4 washers.

B Wooden Ceiling
Safety Wire Install the Mounting Bracket onto wooden ceiling with the 1/4″x1-31/32″ Wood Screws

Important: Screws and Nuts must be tightened till snug. Safety Wire must install according to instruction.

4 Install the Hex Bolt, Flat Washer, Lock Washer,
Nut and Clevis Pin into the bottom hole on top of the Downrod.
Note: The Hex Bolt, Flat Washer, Lock Washer, Nut and Clevis Pin are from step 2#.

5 Insert the Hex Bolt into the upper hole on
Downrod and secure with Flat Washer, Lock
Washer and Nut.

Tighten the 2 bolts.

Important: Bolts must be tighten till snug.

6 Connect the wires from fan to
house’s supply wires.

7 Loosen the 2 Canopy Screws on Mounting
Bracket. Place Canopy on the Mounting Bracket. Align the keyholes on Canopy with Mounting Bracket and secure with the 2 screws. Place the Canopy Cover on Canopy. Align the keyholes and push in till sung.
8 Place the Blade on top of Blade
Holder. Install Blade with the Screws provided. Important: Blade Screws must be tighten till snug. User must tighten Blade Screw yearly.
9 Below shows a complete installation diagram.
