INSTRUMENT OPERATION
Insert the probe into the liquid being measured, the instrument reading will take a few seconds to stabilise.
CALIBRATION ADJUSTMENT – Caution: Do not adjust unless certain the instrument is out of specification. Compare against a reference thermometer/Ice Bath. Using the spanner, twist the lock-nut whilst holding the dial to correct any error. For further instructions, refer to the ETI website: etiltd.com/cal-adjustment.
