Product Information
The product is a noodle and dumpling wrapper maker with a cutter
head for easy installation. It comes with an extruding head and an
extruding disc for efficient noodle production. The machine is
designed to create both fast and chewy noodles, providing precise
measurements for ingredients. The recommended temperature ranges
for cooking the noodles are as follows:

Product Usage Instructions
- Before installation, ensure that the cutter head is in the down
position for correct installation. - To begin the noodle extrusion process, follow these steps:
- Add the required ingredients according to the recommended ratio
of water to flour. - Only use flour as the main ingredient; do not add any other
ingredients. - Add water slowly and evenly while stirring continuously.
- Once the vegetable juice has been squeezed, make sure to filter
out any residue completely. - Stir the filtered juice with water evenly.
- Add the required ingredients according to the recommended ratio
- To extrude the noodle, rotate the machine clockwise.
- If stirring is required, rotate the machine
counterclockwise.
When installing, the cutter head must be down to install correctly

The ratio of water to flour should follow the table as far as possible. Need to add water slowly and evenly. The main ingredient can only be flour, other ingredients cannot be added. Rotate clockwise to extrude the noodle, Rotate counterclockwise is for stirring. After squeezing the vegetable juice, filter the residue completely and add water and stir evenly.
