CORIculum Ramp with Winch
Product Information:
The ramp with winch is a product designed for ages 5 and above.
It requires 0.5-1 hour of grit to assemble. The ramp is constructed
using Cori beams and can be customized to achieve the desired ramp
steepness. The product comes with a winch assembly that can be used
to pull objects up the ramp.
Product Usage Instructions:
- Start by unfolding a Cori beam or cutting a piece of cardboard
to the dimensions specified. - Add two 12-inch beams to the ramp, allowing them to overhang
about 2 inches. Use glue where indicated. - Cut and fold three 6-inch Cori beams to create the ramp support
structure. Ensure that the ramp from step 2 fits between the
vertical posts. Use glue where indicated. - Glue the ramp from step 2 to the support structure from step 3
to achieve the desired ramp steepness. The recommended ramp angle
is approximately 25 degrees. - Glue the snap-in brackets to the top of the vertical beams,
ensuring they are vertically aligned. - Assemble the winch and crank arm according to the provided
illustrations. Use glue if necessary. - Snap the winch assembly into the brackets from step 5, ensuring
it rotates freely. - Tie a loop to one end of the string and tie the other end to
the winch shaft. Turn the crank handle to pull an object up the
ramp.
