TA230 Thermal Actuator

Product Information

The TA2_ Thermal Actuator is a device designed for use in normal
environments. It is used to control the opening and closing of
valves in heating and cooling systems. The actuator operates on
either 230Vac or 24Vac power supply.

Key Specifications:

Power Supply: 230Vac or 24Vac
Stroke: 3.5mm
Force: 125N
Power Consumption: 2.5W (230Vac), 3.5W (24Vac)
Maximum Current: 150mA (230Vac), 250mA (24Vac)
Protection Rating: IP44 (for use in normal environments)

Please note that if the cable is defective, the actuator should
not be used. Before installation, disconnect the power supply from
any defective appliances.

Product Usage Instructions

To Set to (NO) Normally Open:
1. Disconnect the power supply.
2. Remove the black wire from terminal 1.
3. Insert the white wire into terminal 1.
4. Reconnect the power supply.
5. The actuator is now set to Normally Open mode.
To Reset to (NC) Normally Closed:
1. Disconnect the power supply.
2. Remove the white wire from terminal 1.
3. Insert the black wire into terminal 1.
4. Reconnect the power supply.
5. The actuator is now set to Normally Closed mode.

CAUTION! Do not use if cable is defective.
Disconnect the power supply from any defetive appliances. Factory setting is (NC) Normally Closed Guidelines for the electrician; Level of contamination 2; As per EN60730 When changing from normally closed to normally open, live components are exposed.
Therefore, disconnect the power when changing.
