Product Information: Hand Held Crimp Sealers 150DH

The Hand Held Crimp Sealers 150DH is a manual sealing device
used for sealing various materials such as Cellophane, Wax Paper,
Foils, Alluminium-Laminates and Heat Seal-able Labels. It is
equipped with temperature controller, working light, and covered
two 12 mm wide heated Jaws for constant heat. The Seal Jaws are
PTFE coated and produce vertical line embossed seals. It has a
power cord length of 3.0 meter and an aluminum mesh safety
guard.

To prevent damage to the device and injuries to the operator, it
is necessary to comply with the safety notes in the manual. The
mentioned warnings describe possible injuries and damages that are
due to wrong usage or maintenance of the device. Please read and

  • CAUTION: To reduce the risk of shock, disconnect the unit from
    the supply circuit before servicing the replacement of the heating
    element.
  • WARNING: A live heating element is located in the jaw under the
    PTFE cloth. Use caution during operation. DO NOT TOUCH THE
    ELEMENT!
  • For continued protection against fire or electric shock,
    replace only with type cartridge and suitable ampere fuse, provided
    in legible adjacent to fuse holder.
  • Close supervision is required when the product is used near
    children.

Helpful Information:

  • Always keep the sealing platform clean. Particular care should
    be taken to remove any residue from the Seal Jaws.
  • Do not clean the sealing platform with anything wet.
  • Occasionally check the condition of both sides of the heater
    jaws. Poor sealer platform will affect the quality of your
    seal.
  • Never touch the heater jaws for high temperature.
  • USE ONLY GENUINE REPLACEMENT PARTS.

The Hand Held Crimp Sealers 150DH consists of Upper Lever Body,
Lower Lever Body, Upper Sealer Jaw, Ceramic Pads, Clips for Sealer
Jaw, Bolt Pin & Screw, Power Indication Lamp, Temp. Controller
& Switch, Heater, Return Spring, Power Plug, Fixed Plates for
Heater, Metal Plate for Protection, Sealer PTFE Cloth, Sealer
Rubber, Rubber Holder, Lead Wire, and Fiber Washer.

Operating Instructions:

  1. Connect the device to a properly grounded outlet only.
  2. Turn on the device and wait for it to heat up to the desired
    temperature.
  3. Place the material to be sealed between the Seal Jaws and close
    the Upper Lever Body onto the Lower Lever Body.
  4. Hold the Upper Lever Body down firmly until the seal is
    complete.
  5. Release the Upper Lever Body and remove the sealed material
    from the Seal Jaws.
  6. Repeat the process for additional seals.

CAUTION:

WARNING:

1) To reduce the risk of shock, disconnect the unit from the supply circuit before servicing the replacement of the heating element.

1) A live heating element is located in the jaw under the PTFE cloth. Use caution during operation. DO NOT TOUCH THE ELEMENT!

2) To provide continued protection against risk of electric shock, connect to properly grounded outlet only.
3) If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufac ture or its service agent.

Operating instructions
1) Connect power supply plug to AC outlet, the Power light appears indicating power to the unit.
2) Turn on main temperature knob. Heating light appears, adjust the temp. control knob to the 100°C suitable scale fo thickness and material of bag. The heating light will go off about three minutes, it is the heating time.
3) Adjust the temperature knob to suitable scale for sealing material.
4) Insert bag into the seal jaws and apply squeeze the lever handle to seal the bag.
5) Release the handle and remove the sealed bag.
6) If it does no complete with the seal, turn the temp. knob add until you get desired seal.
7) Turn off machine when not in use. Allow the sealer to cool down for 10 minutes before storing.
The temperature controller is calibrated in centigrade to convert to fathrenheit. (°Cx8/5 +32=°F) For safety keep hands and fingers away from the jaws or hex nuts.
