Product Information
The CMS800G Fetal Monitor is a new product that is designed for
monitoring fetal health during pregnancy. It comes with a 3 in 1
probe that serves as a transducer, TOCO (uterine contraction)
sensor, and remote marker. The monitor also has the option for a
twin probe, which is sold separately. The device features an 8-inch
color LCD display with a resolution of 800×600. It is equipped with
three channels for monitoring fetal heart rate (FHR1 and FHR2) and
uterine contractions (UC).
The monitor includes a thermal array printer that uses
two-double type Z size 112×100 mm record paper. The paper speed can
be set to 1, 2, or 3 cm per minute. It can be powered by an AC
power supply ranging from 100V to 240V at 50/60Hz or a rechargeable
Li-ion battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh. The device also
supports external connectivity through an RJ45 port and USB.
The Fetal Monitor has a maximum output beam intensity of less
than 20 mW/cm2 for fetal heart rate measurement. It has a range of
50 to 240 beats per minute (bpm) with a resolution of 1 bpm. The
uterine contraction measurement is done using a passive strain
gauge and has a range of 0 to 100% with a resolution of 1%. The
monitor is capable of automatic scoring using Fischer, NST, and
Krebs methods.
The thermal printer records various information including
hospital details, bed number, patient name, pregnancy weeks,
patient number, paper speed, date, time, FHR data and wave,
contraction data and wave, and fetal movement times and marks.
Product Usage Instructions
1. Connect the power supply to the monitor using the provided
cable and plug it into an AC outlet. Alternatively, charge the
Li-ion battery fully before use.
2. Attach the 3 in 1 probe to the monitor. Ensure that it is
securely connected.
3. Place the probe on the abdomen of the pregnant woman. Use the
provided abdomen belts to secure it in place.
4. Turn on the monitor by pressing the power button.
5. Adjust the position and angle of the LCD display for optimal
viewing. The display can be folded up to 60 degrees.
6. Set the paper speed on the thermal printer according to your
preference (1, 2, or 3 cm per minute).
7. Monitor the fetal heart rate (FHR) and uterine contractions
(UC) displayed on the screen. The FHR range is 50 to 240 bpm, and
the UC range is 0 to 100%.
8. Use the auto score analysis feature to automatically score
the FHR and UC readings using Fischer, NST, or Krebs methods.
9. If required, connect external devices using the RJ45 or USB
ports for data transfer or additional functionality.
10. Use the thermal printer to obtain a record of the monitoring
session. The printed record will contain various details such as
hospital information, patient details, date, time, FHR data and
wave, contraction data and wave, and fetal movement times and
marks.
11. After use, turn off the monitor and disconnect the power
supply.
12. Clean and store the monitor and accessories properly for
future use.
