 | 1 x 221-SK – Epoxy strain sensor installation kit |
 | 2 x 218-SK – Weld strain sensor installation kit |
SENSOR CONFIGURATION
The gauge should be set to detect 3 Spring Sensors. See Spring Suspension
Gauge manual for more information on how to set the sensor configuration.
APPLICATIONS
Tractor or Straight Truck with Walking-Beam Suspension
Suspension Compatibility:
This kit is compatible with the drive axle suspension models listed below, however it may also fit others that are not listed. Please refer to the notes next to your model for any specific installation concerns.

Sensor Location:
Strain sensor “A” should be installed on the top, center of the steer axle using the 221-SK kit. Sensors “B” and “C” from the 218-SK installation kits should be installed on the top of each equalizing beam with one mounted near the front of the vehicle and the other mounted towards the rear (see image to the right).
Mode:
Set the gauge to Front 1 Back 2 (F1b2) mode. This mode measure sensor “A” as one axle group weight and sensors “B” and “C” as another axle group weight. See Spring Suspension Gauge manual for information on how to set the mode.
