Product Usage Instructions:

  1. Place the material to be cut into the tool jaw, with the blade
    (1) directed at the vertical center of the workpiece.
  2. Squeeze the trigger (2) slowly and repeatedly to extend the
    blade and cut the material. Do not turn the workpiece while
    performing the cut.
  3. To retract the blade, press the blade release button (3). Do
    not squeeze the trigger while pushing the blade release
    button.
  4. To replace the blade, unscrew the retaining screw (4) and
    remove the blade guard (5). Lift the blade (1) out of the cutter
    body.
  5. Fully extend the blade by squeezing the trigger at least eight
    times before replacing it.

Additional Information:

  • Do not use the tool to cut reinforced materials.
  • If the blade does not penetrate the workpiece, do not continue
    to use the tool.
  • Read the instruction manual and follow all safety
    warnings.
  • Wear suitable eye protection while using the tool.
  • Refer to the cutting capacity indicated in the user
    manual.

1. Scope
This product is designed for cutting thick- and thin-walled plastic tubes and moulding of up to 35mm (13/8″) in diameter.
Any other application beyond the conditions established for use will be considered misuse. Draper Tools accepts no responsibility for improper use of this product.
Important: DO NOT use this tool to cut reinforced materials. If the blade does not penetrate the workpiece, do not continue to use the tool.

2. Health and Safety Instructions

3. Operating Instructions
1. Place the material to be cut into the tool jaw, with the blade (1) directed at the vertical centre of the workpiece.
