Product Information: KIT HYBRID
The KIT HYBRID is a product designed to maximize combustion in
Alfa ovens by using only one fuel at a time, either gas or
firewood. The kit components are made of AISI 441 stainless steel,
which is resistant to high temperatures. The kit comes with a wood
rack (A) and a lid (B) that protects the burner from combustion
residue. The lid has a side slit where you can fit the peel, and
you can use it to cover the burner and use the oven as a
wood-burning oven.

the KIT HYBRID. - Use only one fuel at a time, either gas or firewood. Combining
fuels may clog the burner holes and damage the product. - Insert the peel into the side slit of the lid (B) and position
the lid onto the gas burner, slide the lid until it touches the
combustion chamber. Use the special lid supplied with the kit to
protect the burner from combustion residue. - Place the lid on the opposite side from the gas burner, center
of the oven floor, and cook as if it were a wood-burning oven. - Always cover the burner with the lid (B) using the peel and
only when the oven is cold to avoid clogging the burner holes with
combustion residue.

use the KIT HYBRID to maximize combustion in your Alfa oven.

WARNING
· The Hybrid Kit is for outdoor use only; in a closed space, it must ALWAYS be connected to a chimney flue.
· You can light the gas burner even after using the oven with firewood. · Clean the oven floor carefully before taking the lid off the Hybrid Kit to keep ash or food residue from
clogging the burner holes.
· We strongly advise against burning wood and gas at the same time because:
1. The combustion residue could obstruct and damage the burner holes. 2. The key to maximising combustion in Alfa ovens is to use only one fuel at a time, so burn either
gas or firewood.
The kit components
A
The kit is entirely made of AISI 441 stainless steel resistant to high temperatures. It comes with a wood rack (A) and a lid (B) that protects the burner from combustion residue.

Instructions for use
1
· Shut off any gas source near the oven. · When the oven is cold, cover the burner
with the special lid supplied with the kit.
· For positioning (fig. 1):
1. The lid has a side slit where you can fit
the peel.
2. Push the peel into the slit and put
the lid onto the gas burner, slide the
lid until it touches the combustion
chamber.

· WARNING: Remove the lid with the help
of the peel and ALWAYS when the oven
is cold.
· Place the wood rack on the oven floor on
the opposite side from the gas burner;
· NEVER put the fire on the gas burner.
· Light the fire on the wood rack in the
centre of the oven floor. (fig. 2)
· Move the fire across from the gas burner
and cook as if it were a wood-burning
oven. (fig. 3)

ATTENZIONE
· L’utilizzo del Kit Hybrid è solo per uso esterno, il forno all’interno dell’abitazione deve essere connesso SEMPRE ad una canna fumaria.
· È possibile accendere il bruciatore del forno a gas anche dopo averlo usato con la legna. · È necessario pulire bene il piano di cottura prima di togliere il coperchio del Kit Hybrid: il fine è di
evitare che residui di cenere e cibo vadano a ostruire i fori del bruciatore.
· È fortemente sconsigliato usare il forno con la doppia combustione in contemporanea perché:
1. i residui della combustione a legna potrebbero ostruire i fori del bruciatore danneggiandolo 2. la combustione nei forni Alfa è ottimizzata con l’utilizzo di una singola sorgente di calore,
pertanto si ottengono maggiori risultati utilizzando opportunamente, come combustibile, o solo il gas o solo la legna.
I componenti
A
Il kit è interamente realizzato in acciaio AISI
441, acciaio che resiste alle alte temperature.
Il kit è composto da un paralegna (A) e da
un tappo copri bruciatore (B) che serve
a salvaguardare il bruciatore da residui di combusti presenti nel forno.

Istruzioni per l’utilizzo
1
· Chiudere eventuali sorgenti di gas presenti nelle vicinanze del forno.
· A forno freddo coprire il bruciatore con l’apposito tappo in dotazione con il Kit
Hybrid, fai scorrere il tappo fino ad andare in battuta con la camera di combustione.
· Per il posizionamento (fig. 1):
1. Il tappo è dotato di una fessura nella
quale inserire il palino
2. Utilizzare la fessura per inserire il

palino e posizionare il tappo all’interno
del forno avendo cura di coprire
completamente il bruciatore
· ATTENZIONE: Rimuovi il tappo copri bruciatore servendoti sempre del palino e SEMPRE a forno freddo.
· Posizionare il para legna sul piano refrattario nel lato opposto rispetto al bruciatore, non posizionare MAI il fuoco sopra il bruciatore.
3 · Accendere il fuoco sul para legna al centro del piano. (fig. 2) · Sposare il fuoco nella parte opposta del
bruciatore e utilizzare il forno come un normale forno a legna. (fig. 3)
ACHTUNG
· Die Verwendung des Kit Hybrid ist nur für den Einsatz im Außenbereich bestimmt. In Innenräumen muss der Ofen IMMER an einen Rauchabzug angeschlossen werden.
· Sie können den Gasbrenner auch in Betrieb nehmen, nachdem Sie den Ofen vorher mit Holz betrieben haben.
· Die Backfläche muss hierzu gründlich gereinigt werden, bevor die Brennerabdeckung des Kit Hybrid abgenommen wird: dadurch wird vermieden, dass Asche- und Essensreste die Brennerdüsen verstopfen.
· Es wird dringendst davon abgeraten, die beiden Befeuerungsmöglichkeiten gleichzeitig anzuwenden, da:
1. Holzverbrennungsrückstände die Brennerdüsen verstopfen könnten und den Brenner somit beschädigen.
2. die Verbrennung in den Alfa-Öfen durch die Verwendung nur einer Wärmequelle optimiert wird. Sie erhalten also bessere Ergebnisse, wenn Sie in geeigneter Weise als Brennstoff entweder nur Gas oder nur Holz verwenden.
Die Zubehörteile

Das Kit ist komplett aus sehr
hitzebeständigem Edelstahl der Güte AISI 441
gefertigt. Es besteht aus einem Feuerständer (A) und einer Brennerabdeckung (B), die den

Gebrauchsanweisung

· Schalten Sie mögliche Gasquellen in der Nähe des Ofens ab.
· Wenn der Ofen kalt ist, verschließen Sie den Brenner mit der im Kit beigefügten Brennerabdeckung, schieben Sie den Deckel, bis er die Brennkammer berührt.

Schlitz und positionieren Sie die
Brennerabdeckung im Inneren des
Ofens und achten Sie darauf, dass der
Brenner vollständig abgedeckt ist.
· Achtung: Entfernen Sie die
Brennerabdeckung immer mit Hilfe des
Pizzahebers und IMMER, wenn der Ofen
kalt ist.
· Positionieren Sie den Feuerständer
auf der feuerfesten Fläche auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Brenners,

positionieren Sie das Feuer NIEMALS über
dem Brenner.
· Zünden Sie das Holz auf dem
Feuerständer in der Mitte der Fläche an.
(fig. 2) · Schieben Sie das Feuer auf die
gegenüberliegende Seite des Brenners
und verwenden Sie den Ofen wie einen
gewöhnlichen Holzofen. (fig. 3)
ATTENTION
· Le Kit Hybrid est destiné à une utilisation en extérieur uniquement ; à l’intérieur de la maison, il doit TOUJOURS être connecté à un conduit de cheminée.
· Vous pouvez allumer le brûleur à gaz même après avoir utilisé le four avec du bois. · Nettoyez soigneusement la sole du four avant d’enlever le couvercle du Kit Hybrid pour éviter que
des cendres ou des résidus alimentaires n’obstruent les trous du brûleur..
· Il est fortement déconseillé d’utiliser le four en brûlant du bois et du gaz en même temps parce que :
1. Les restes de la combustion du bois pourraient boucher et endommager les trous du brûleur. 2. La combustion des fours Alfa est maximisée lorsque l’on utilise un combustible à la fois ; ce sera
donc du bois ou du gaz.

couvercle (B) qui protège le brûleur à gaz des
résidus de combustion.

Mode d’emploi

· Fermez toutes les sources de gaz à côté du four.
· Lorsque le four est froid, mettez sur le brûleur le couvercle inclus dans le kit, faites glisser le couvercle jusqu’à ce qu’il touche la chambre de combustion.
· Pour l’emplacement (fig. 1): 1. Le couvercle a une fente où mettre la
pelle.
2 2. Glissez la pelle dans la fente et couvrez le brûleur à l’intérieur du four
· ATTENTION : Retirez le couvercle du
brûleur à l’aide de la pelle uniquement
lorsque le four est froid.
· Placez la grille porte-bûches sur la sole
réfractaire du côté opposé au brûleur; ne
mettez JAMAIS le feu sur le brûleur.
· Allumez le feu sur la grille porte-bûches au
centre de la sole. (fig. 2)
· Déplacez le feu vis-à-vis du brûleur et
faites cuire comme s’il s’agissait d’un four

à bois. (fig. 3)
ATENCIÓN
· El Kit Hybrid es solo para uso en exteriores; en espacios cerrados siempre debe estar conectado a la salida de humos.
· Puedes encender el quemador de gas incluso después de usar el horno de leña. · Hace falta limpiar la solera del horno antes de quitar la tapa del Kit Hybrid para evitar que las cenizas

El kit está fabricado enteramente en
acero inoxidable AISI 441 resistente a altas
temperaturas y consta de una rejilla portaleña
(A) y una tapa (B) que sirve para proteger el
quemador de los residuos de combustión.

Instrucciones de uso
1
· Apagar cualquier fuente de gas cerca del horno.
· Cuando el horno esté frío, cubrir el quemador con la tapa especial incluida en el kit, deslice la tapa hasta que toque la cámara de combustión.
· Para la posición (fig. 1):
1. La tapa cuenta con una hendidura
donde se puede insertar la pala.
2. Introducir la pala en la hendidura

y poner la tapa en el horno
asegurándose de cubrir el quemador.
· ATENCIÓN: Quitar la tapa con la ayuda de
la pala solamente cuando el horno esté
f río.
· Colocar la rejilla portaleña en la solera al
otro lado del quemador; nunca poner el
fuego sobre el quemador.
· Encender el fuego sobre la rejilla portaleña
en el centro de la solera. (fig. 2)
· Mover el fuego frente al quemador y

cocinar como si fuera un horno de leña.
