E-S MOTOR 12V Motor with 64 CPR Encoder
Product Information
The product is a 37SG-520-EN gear motor with an encoder and cables. It comes with an 80D rubber wheel, a shaft coupling made of brass, a mounting bracket made of aluminum alloy, and 6 screws. The gear motor has a voltage rating of 12V and is designed with a dimension drawing for easy installation. The motor has a no-load speed of 1530 rpm and a rated speed of 6.3 rpm. The torque produced by the motor is 0.19 Kg.cm at no-load and 1.27 Kg.cm at stall.
Product Usage
To use the gear motor, follow these steps:
- Attach the mounting bracket to the surface where you want to install the gear motor using the provided screws.
- Attach the shaft coupling to the gear motor’s output shaft.
- Attach the rubber wheel to the shaft coupling.
- Connect the cables from the gear motor’s encoder to your control system.
- Apply a 12V power supply to the gear motor.
- Control the gear motor’s speed and direction using your control system.
