The EXT-AU313-TP is an audio extender set that includes one
Transmitter and one Receiver. It is designed to extend a stereo
analog audio signal up to 170m and extend an Optical/Coax digital
audio up to 290m via an CATx cable. The product has three
selectable audio inputs: Optical, Coax, and Analog Stereo.
Simultaneous audio can be sent to three different outputs: Optical,
Coax, and Analog Stereo. Digital audio signals can be converted
into analog signals, and analog audio signals can be converted into
digital audio signals. The device is powered through the CATx cable
(PoC) from the receiver end and has a transmission distance of up
to 170 meters for analog stereo audio and up to 290m for digital
Optical/Coax audio over a CATx cable.

Product Usage Instructions

Connect the audio source to the Transmitter’s TOSLINK, COAX, or
AUDIO input connector.
Connect the Transmitter’s TP OUT port to the Receiver’s TP IN
port using a CATx cable.
Connect the Receiver’s output connectors (Toslink, Black RCA,
or 3.5mm jack) to the audio output device.
Power on the audio output device and the Receiver. The
Transmitter will be powered through the CATx cable.
Select the audio input source using the DIP switch on the
Transmitter panel.
The audio signal is now extended up to 170 meters for analog
stereo audio and up to 290m for digital Optical/Coax audio over a
CATx cable.

Transmitter Panel Description

TOSLINK: Optical digital audio input, connects to audio source. COAX: Coax digital audio input, connects to audio source. AUDIO: Analog stereo audio input, connects to audio source. 3-pin DIP switch for audio input source selection. FIRMWARE: Micro-USB port for firmware upgrade. TP OUT: Connects to the TP IN port of receiver via CATx cable.

POWER LED: Illuminates red when the device is powered on.
Receiver Panel Description
TOSLINK: Optical digital audio output, connects to audio playback device. COAX: Coax digital audio output, connects to audio playback device. L+R: Stereo analog audio output, connects to audio playback device. FIRMWARE: Micro-USB port for firmware upgrade. TP IN: Connects to the TP OUT port of transmitter via CATx cable. DC 12V: DC port for power adapter connection. POWER LED: Illuminates red when the device is powered on. Note: The Optical, Coax and stereo audio outputs simultaneously output the same audio source.
